"True friends are like jewels, precious and rare. False ones are like autum leaves, found everywhere."
Okay, this may be a little sick; however, I go for the Spainards, hot blooded, sexy
Actor Javier Bardem seems an unlikely chameleon. The handsome, muscular former Spanish national rugby team player with the broken nose should be easy to pick out of a lineup. But perhaps the most remarkable thing about the widely acclaimed actor is his stagerring versatility. After establishing hunky leading man credentials in his native Spain, he earned an Oscar nomination in 2001 for his portrayal of a fey Cuban dissident in Before Night Falls (2000); and was a prematurely aged, highly articulate quadriplegic in the Oscar winning Mar adentro (2004/I); Ramón Sampedro; aka The Sea Inside (International: English title) (USA). Now, in the Coen brothers' adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's novel No Country for Old Men, Bardem is a psychopathic killer, while in Mike Newell's adaptation of Gabriel Garcỉa Mảrquez's Love in the Time of Cholera (2007) audiences watch him age more than 50 years as an almost invisible man can't give up on the love of his life.
Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
I thought you might find this article from the American College of Sports Medicine interesting; that many athletes post-exercise recovery food is a huge bowl of different kinds of cereal. See link below. I think there is some legitimacy to this.
